The tester baseboard includes sixteen programmable power supplies, one of which is shown in the block diagram below.  The D/A controlling each of the supplies allows adjusting the voltage from 0 to 3.9 volts via the PCI host.  An A/D monitors the actual output voltage being supplied to the D.U.T.
A second A/D on each supply is used to dynamically monitor the current.  On-board DRAM  stores the measured current values for reading back to the host later.
The supplies and their current ratings are:
1-4:  4 Amp (max)
5-8:  800 mAmp (max)
9-14: 150 mAmp (max)
15-16: 100 mAmp (max) - negative supply
The two negative supplies are adjustable over a range of 0 to -4.096 volts, but the current and voltage measurement features are not supported.
The following pages show details of the host-Xilinx interface to the D.U.T. power supplies.  In order, the pages show Voltage Set Registers, Voltage Measure Registers and Current Measure Memory.
